The main house is a sprawling one-story home with three bedrooms for your enjoyment.

The Helaconia room is elegantly appointed with rich silks and brocades. It has a private bath with a roll-in shower. There are French style doors leading directly to the outside covered front patio. There is a stunning view of the Central Valley and gardens. The room has a queen size bed and a sofa that converts to a bed.  The 2008 rate is $95/night

There are two additional rooms with a shared bath, queen size beds, beautiful views, private patio space that each rent for $65/night

The guest house is ideal for a private family vacation or for two couples to share. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths and, like all the accommodations at Cypress Falls, it is fully wheelchair accessible, including a roll in shower. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or sit back and let us cook for you. There is a comfortable living room with direct access to a large sleeping loft, perfect for the kids. It is large enough to sleep five—the children sleep nearby while affording the privacy you deserve on your vacation to paradise. The large windows take full advantage of the tropical trade winds, fresh mountain air, and spectacular views. Outside there is a beautiful covered porch warmed by a stone fireplace and a large Jacuzzi. The front of the house faces in a south westerly direction offering spectacular views of Costa Rica’s central valley and the magical lights twinkling throughout the night. There is a beautifully landscaped waterfall and garden for you to enjoy from the house or from one of the open stone patio areas. The house overlooks the horse pasture where you can watch Nina and her new baby graze and play.

2008 RATES

The guest house rents for $250/night for the entire house. The per room rate is $90 per night, single or double occupancy.

Weekly and monthly rates will be quoted upon request. Rates as quoted do not include a 16% tax charged by the government. Meals will be provided for a modest fee, upon request.
